Berry Smoothie · 
1/3 cup frozen raspberries

· 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

· 6 frozen strawberries

· ½ cup cranberry juice

· 1 cup orange juice

· 1 banana, chopped

· 1 tbs honey

· 1 tbs plain yoghurt

Method:

a) Remove frozen berries from fridge 20 min. before making smoothie to thaw.

b) Put all the berries together with all other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

c) If the smoothie is too thick add more juice, if too thin you can add more yoghurt.

Boozy Smoothie

· 1 ripe mango, cubed

· 2 ripe bananas

· 3 shots rum

· 1 cup milk

· 1 cup coconut milk

· 2 tbs fresh lime juice

· 3 ice cubes

Method:

a) Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, and then serve.

Basic Smoothie

· 6 ripe strawberries

· 1 banana, chopped

· ¾ cup yoghurt, plain or flavored

· ½ cup orange juice

· 1 tbs honey

Method:

a) Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If too thin add more yoghurt, if too thick 
add more orange juice and serve.

Exotic Smoothie

· 2 kiwi fruits, cubed

· 1 apple, cubed

· 2 ripe bananas, chopped

· 8 strawberries

· 500ml blackcurrant juice

Method

a) Place all ingredients in a blender, blend in high speed until smooth and serve.

Mango Smoothie

· 1 ripe mango, chopped

· 250 ml mango juice (buy)

· 1 cup ripe strawberries

· 1 ripe banana, chopped

· 250ml plain yoghurt

· 3 ice cubes

Method:

a) Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and serve.
